Since the late 1950s, concerted efforts to reduce the accident rate in aviation have yielded unprecedented levels of safety. Although, the overall accident rate has declined considerably over the years, unfortunately reductions in human error-related accidents in aviation have failed to keep pace with the reduction of accidents due to environmental and mechanical factors. Today, a very large percentage of all aviation are attributable, directly or indirectly, to some form of human error. As a result of many study, a range of prevention of human error have been developed. but each of kind is lack of a precision, effectiveness and seem to be considered for aspect of deficiency as an systematic accessibility. So, we``re going to analysis the most effective and systematic prevention of human error and study on consolidating method for human error and aviation safety. In this study, several alternatives for the prevention of human errors a priority to understand and solve problems by identifying the implications for human error to be presented.

This paper proposes a root-assisted MUSIC algorithm which uses a combination of the MUSIC and the root-MUSIC algorithm. This algorithm consists of two steps. Firstly, a coarse DOA is computed by the root-MUSIC algorithm. Secondly, a precise DOA estimation is carried out by the MUSIC algorithm in the reduced searching range. This paper analyzes the accuracy and the resolution performance of the proposed DOA estimation method using a software simulation platform.

Recently, GNSS users can utilize various navigation satellite thanks to GPS modernization, renewal of GLONASS, and development of Galileo and Beidou. And availability performance of users is expected to be improved because these new navigation satellites transmit L5 signal as well as L1 signal, and users can directly estimate the ionospheric delays. In accordance with these changes existing Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) which considers only GPS L1 signal is being developed to support dual frequency and multi-constellation GNSS users. This paper describes the main features of dual-frequency, multi-constellation SBAS algorithms and estimates the performance in Korean region by simulation.

Network RTK is widely used especially for static applications so far, however, the demand for high accuracy positioning for kinetic users such as land vehicles is growing for safety and convenience reasons. Kinematic users move along the roads and the network where they receive corrections can be changed. Compact Network RTK corrections should keep consistency while network change. In this paper, we introduced a method of generating Compact Network RTK corrections considering network ambiguity level adjustment by formulation of corrections. We verified the proposed method for reference station networks across whole country. We also generated Compact Network RTK corrections using simulation and real GPS data from reference stations in South Korea and evaluated performance of users. As a result, the discontinuity between corrections from two networks reduced to 0.25 cycle from several cycles. And user could achieve less than 8 cm (2DRMS) horizontal position accuracy continuously regardless of network change.

The design rule depending on total transmission length is induced in the optical links with residual dispersion per span (RDPS) of the random distribution, which is adopted for implementing the flexible systems of wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) transmission with dispersion management (DM) and optical phase conjugation. DM parameters used for the analysis of the design rule are the effective net residual dispersion (NRD) and the effective launch power. It is confirmed that the flexible optical network configuration with the total transmission length lower than 1,000 km is possible, because the system performance difference between the randomly distribution and the uniform distribution of RDPS is small. And, in the optical links with the randomly distributed RDPS, the wide NRD can be applied for transmitting WDM channels of the relatively wide launch power.

Voice over IP refers to technology that enables routing of voice conversations over the Internet or a TCP/IP network. Vo IP communication costs cheaper than traditional analog phone. Phone calls can be made to anywhere / anyone: Both to Vo IP numbers as well as people with normal phone numbers. Vo IP protocol equipment available today follows the SIP standard. Older Vo IP equipment though would follow H 323, MGCP, Megaco/H.248. A SIP server is the main component of an IP PBX, dealing with the setup of all SIP calls in the TCP/IP network. A SIP server is also referred to a Asterisk IP-PBX. A Vo IP telephone, also known as a SIP phone or a soft phone, allows the user to make phone calls to any soft phone, mobile or PC by using App store. A Vo IP telephone can be a simple software-based soft phone. However, the SIP Server and the program is vulnerable to Vo IP attacks. In this paper, eavesdropping attacks tested by using the Asterisk SIP server. Eavesdropping attacks and TLS security methods apply to Vo IP system. TLS can be applied to determine whether the eavesdropping available for Vo IP Environments.

In this paper, the TM (Transverse Magnetic) scattering problems by a perfectly conducting strip grating over a grounded two dielectric layers with edge boundary condition are analyzed by applying the FGMM (Fourier Galerkin Moment Method). For the TM scattering problem, the induced surface current density is expected to the very high value at both edges of the strip, then the induced surface current density on the conductive strip is expanded in a series of the multiplication of the Chebyshev polynomials of the first kind and the functions of appropriate edge boundary condition. Generally, when the value of the relative permittivity of dielectric layers over the ground plane increased, the strip width according to the sharp variation points of the reflected power is shifted to a higher value. The numerical results shown the fast convergent solution and good agreement compared to those of the existing papers.

This paper proposes a neural net based-predictive connection admission control (CAC) scheme for multi class users in wireless cognitive radio networks. We classifies cognitive users(cu) into real and non real time services, and then permit only real time services to reserve the demanded resource for spectrum handoff in guard channel for provisioning the desired QoS. Neural net is employed to predict primary user`s arrival on time and demanded channels. Resource scheduling scheme is based on (cognitive user I complete access) shown in this paper. For keeping primary users from interference, the CAC is performed on only cognitive user not primary user. Simulation results show that our schemes can guarantee the desired QoS by cognitive real time services.

I&C (Instrumentation & Control) system is different from information system and the security design of the two systems are also different. The modeling activity is needed based on the security control guide in order to build I&C system security control. In this paper, the role and by the security control, we designed the relationship (that is, the relation schema) between the documents for ‘The system for supporting the cyber security control of I&C system design’ based on the security control guide. The designed schema plans ‘The system for supporting the cyber security control of I&C system’ for observing the security control guide, and is used as the database and content that supports its design and implementation. The process and system of the proposed schema is utilized and designed. The design of the schema and system is intensified in the design phase with the proposed mode and supporting the I&C system cyber security design.

The purpose of this study is to find out Acculturation Stress that impact on job satisfaction focus on foreign cabin crew working in korea airline. the analysis showed the statistically significant meaning nationality had influence on acculturation stress. while working years had not influence on acculturation stress. also nationality and working years had not influence on job satisfaction In addition, acculturation stress had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Based on this study results, it required alternatives for job stress reducing as well as job accomplishment. and it is highly considered nationality differences and we should concentrate on effective system.
