We show a new scheme and implementation of maritime data communication systems for GMDSS ship which performs e-Navigation and removes the functional limitation of those systems through comparing to service fee, call processing reliability, and bit rates of all of those systems within communication range at sea. We confirmed available each frequency band communication and application services at sea by experimental result with proposed new system, MF/HF band being useful to a short text message service, VHF band to 9600bps email service, Fleet Broadband Maritime Satellite system to one or more Mbps multimedia service each.

In term of inaccuracy of information and increasing channel occupancy time, the use of voice communication in Air Traffic Control has many problems. In order to improve it, ICAO proposed digital communication and ADS-B system that is more effective for voice communication in ATC. For improvement of effectiveness to add additional parameter to designated ADS-B In-Out data group, many studies being performed. In this paper, we analysis voice communication for reduce the communication traffic in ATC and simulate to add aiming altitude parameter for comparative effect analysis of communication traffic between pilot and controller. The result of the analysis were successfully validated that reduction of communication traffic in ADS-B environments.

IGS (International GNSS Service) predicted orbits contained in IGS ultra-rapid orbits is suitable for real-time or near-real-time precise positioning. In this paper, we analyzed orbit anomalies of the IGS predicted orbits and detected the anomalies NANU (Current Notice Advisories to NAVSTAR Users) messages and IGS BRDC (Broadcast Ephemerides). As a results, the orbit anomalies of the predicted orbits were observed 93 times in 2010. In case of using the NANUs, we could get detection performance of 88% about the IGS predicted orbits`s anomalies. And we could achieve 95% detection performance when the NANUs and BRDCs were used together.

This paper proposes the DOA estimation method based on TDOA/AOA for jammer localization method in GBAS environment. The proposed method can effectively estimate DOA of jamming signal as the range for DOA estimation is reduced remarkably by using DOP and 1st approximate solution using TDOA measurements only. Through the proposed method, more precise DOA can be obtained and the performance of jammer localization is increased simultaneously. Also, the effectiveness of proposed method will be confirmed through the simulated results.

According to CNS/ATM, a new concept of navigation system, ADS-B systems are being built in the field of surveillance. FIS-B is one of the key elements of ADS-B, and also provides various flight informations, weather informations to the aircraft. In this paper, we reviewed the FIS-B standard and analyzed performance requirements. And then we designed and implemented FIS-B. In this simulation, we showed performance of FIS-B. And this research is very useful to the future work.

Airborne separation assurance is a key requirement for Free Flight Airspace operations, This paper study the feasibility of airborne separation assurance for free flight Airspaces operations by evaluating the efficiency measurement models. Three qualitatively different methods are utilized; one based Ground and Air conflict probability model, other based Dynamic Density model. the other based Direct operating cost model. The evaluation is Direct Operating Cost model and Two metrics are utilized for the efficiency measurements; airborne separation assurance performed quite well in the Free Flight evaluation; (1) 2 scenario of the conflict situations are resolved; (2) The MD-80 flight peformed separation assurance and efficiency, Not only appling for geometric method algorithm is more efficiently than potential method, but also the most efficiently geometric combined method.

In this paper we consider the problem of the existing TCAS-II systems that fail to be satisfactory solution to mid-air collisions (MACs) and near mid-air collisions (NMACs or near misses). This is attributed to the fact that the earlier studies on the collision avoidance mainly have focused on determination logic of avoidance direction and vertical speed, reversal of the avoidance direction, multiple aircraft geometry, and availability in certain air spaces. But, the influence of sensor measurement errors on the performance of collision avoidance was not properly taken into account. Here we propose a new TCAS algorithm by using Kalman filter instead of ``α-β`` tracker to improve the avoidance performance under the influence of barometric sensor errors due to air-temperature, pressure leaks, static source error correction, etc.

This paper explains how existing electrical ADU(Antenna Distribution Unit) has been improved into a mechanical ADU. Generally the mechanical ADU has stabilized Glide Path which provides a RF signal to the aircraft for safe landing and it has solved the issue of phase shift and power distribution ratio change which can be occurred during long-term use. Besides it has been certified by Flight check and operating several airports in oversea as well as in korea.

In this paper, multi-band fractal microstrip patch antenna which is possible for WLAN band and WiMax band is designed and made. For multi-resonance of developed antenna, resonance frequency, impedance matching, polarity and reflection pattern can mad perfectly, then to make satisfied multi-independent frequency three kind of half circle fractal patch is inserted. Mobile P2P protocols in ad-hoc networks have gained large attention recently. Although there has been much research on P2P algorithms for wired networks, existing P2P protocols are not suitable for mobile ad-hoc networks because they do not consider mobility of peers. This study proposes a new cluster-based P2P protocol for ad hoc networks which utilizes peer mobility. In typical cluster-based P2P algorithms, each cluster has a super peer and other peers of the cluster register their file list to the super peer. High mobility peers would cause a lot of file list registration traffic because they hand-off between clusters frequently. In the proposed scheme, while peers with low mobility behave in the same way as the peers of the typical cluster-based P2P schemes, peers with high mobility behave differently. They inform their entrance to the cluster region to the super peer but they do not register their file list to the super peer. When a peer wishes to find a file, it first searches the registered file list of the super peer and if fails, query message is broadcasted. We perform mathematical modeling, analysis and optimization of the proposed scheme regarding P2P traffic and associated routing traffic. Numerical results show that the proposed scheme performs much better than or similar to the typical cluster-based P2P scheme and flooding based Gnutella.0

This paper presents a realization of a peer-to-peer communication system for a UAV navigational monitoring using a commercial HSDPA(High Speed Download Packet Access) mobile communication device. The realized system consists of a communication server, an air data terminal and multiple ground monitoring devices, where the server transfers navigational data from a UAV to multiple monitoring devices in real-time with commercial HSDPA modem. Through ground and flight tests, data were obtained to observe the realized system. Test results show that, depending on communicational environment, about 300msec delay, congestion and packet-loss between air data terminal and ground monitoring devices. Nevertheless, through high-speed long range test on a ground vehicle and altitude test with a UAV flight, the feasibility of a UAV navigational monitoring system was observed.

Generally, In distributed online game server system, game maps are processed separately by means of dividing into several unit blocks. But the keeping normal distribution of user in game map is very difficult because preferences of game users are not same according to individual user`s private character. For this reason, if the huge number of users concentrate on particular region of same game map at once, the game server exceed their threshold so that the system can be getting down. Conversely, the efficiency of system goes down considerably because the game server must perform map processing continuously even under user_empty situation. To solve this problem, in this paper, we propose a Map management method to control relatively normal distribution of users in game maps using Map Balance Server. In suggested model, we can reduce the load of game servers by means of turn off the game map processing temporary when a server is under user_empty situation. we also can maximize server performance by means of redistribution of map processing load among servers.

In this paper, we analyze the STO (Symbol Timing Offset) problem in conventional ZP-OFDM (Zero Padding-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) systems and propose a robust ZP-OFDM system with bi-directional overlap-add scheme to overcome the problem. The proposed ZP-OFDM system is able to preserve the orthogonality between subcarriers and reduce the interference from other ZP-OFDM symbols due to the BOA scheme, which exploits both ZP intervals of the previous and the current ZP-OFDM symbols, even though serious STOs result from inaccurate symbol timing synchronization. Simulation results verify that the proposed ZP-OFDM system is superior to the conventional ZP-OFDM system.

In this paper, we propose a concatenated single antenna diversity system to assure the data transmission reliability between flight type air nodes which move according to their atypical orbit, then analyze its performance. The proposed system achieve a diversity gain using single antenna and a coding gain from convolutional code simultaneously. Simulation result about the bit error rate(BER) of the proposed system shows that its BER performance is about 9.5dB greater than convolutional code at 10-4 and about 14dB greater than space time block code at 10-3 which has a full diversity gain. In addition, compared with space time trellis code with diversity gain and coding gain, the proposed system shows the better 4dB at a BER of 10-5, Therefore, it is necessary that concatenated single antenna diversity should be adopted to the reliable data transmission of flight type air nodes.

Next-Generation ITS environment requires high-speed data packet transmission, security, authentication, and hand-over supportable for driving vehicle on road by installing RSEs and OBUs. Therefore, wireless communication technology for next-generation ITS services are advancing to 200km/h maximum speed supportable, 1km communication radius, minimum 10Mbps hish-speed datarate for multimedia data(such as text, images, movie clips and so on) supportable, high reliability. In this paper, we implemented WAVE communication system which based on IEEE 802.11p PHY/MAC and evaluated that the system meets next-generation ITS environments.

In this paper, the proposed scheme is STBC(space-time block codes) system combined with convolution code which is the most popular channel coding to ensure the reliability of data transmission for a high data rate wireless communication. The STBC is one of MIMO(multi-input multi-output) techniques. In addition, this scheme uses a modified viterbi algorithm in order to get a high system gain when data is transmitted. Because we combine STBC and convolution code, the proposed scheme has a little high quantity of computation but it can get a maximal diversity gain of STBC and a high coding gain of convolution code at the same time. Unlike existing viterbi docoding algorithm using Hamming distance in order to calculate branch matrix, the modified viterbi algorithm uses Euclidean distance value between received symbol and reference symbol. Simulation results show that the modified viterbi algorithm improved gain 7.5 dB on STBC 2Tx-2Rx at BER=. Therefore the proposed scheme using STBC combined with convolution code can improve the transmission reliability and transmission efficiency.

In this paper, we proposed the DS-SS modem-based communication system for long distance wireless- transmission. The module we designed in this approach contained both convolution encoder and gold-code generator, which aimed at error correcting, T-DES encryption algorithm and spread-spectrum as well. It embodied PC-based GUI program in order to control the such command signal as data transceiver. This program also used to control the specific FPGA/MCU which is able to verify and interface to the modem. We demonstrated the communication system to verify its proper operation by using GUI program and designed hardware. A set of experiments are conducted and as a result, proposed communication system is well operated as the design specification.

Service training influences on students` attitude, working behavior, and the improvement of service performance skill. To raise self-efficacy and service orientation of students, it is necessary to create and maintain a motivating environment. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, related theories are researched and analyzed through theoretical consideration and in order to understand the relationship between them, questionnaires about service training, self-efficacy and service orientation of students were prepared. The statistics analysis of the collected materials was made by use of the SPSS-WINDOWS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistics package. When it comes to the summary of the results through the empirical analysis of this study, it is as follows: First, the service training have been positively effective to the students` self-efficacy. Second, the service training has been positively effective to the students` service orientation. Third, the students` self-efficacy has been positively effective to the service outcome orientation and service process one.

The conventional semiconductor equipment has adopted SRAM module as the test pattern memory, which has a simple design and does not require refreshing. However, SRAM has its disadvantages as it takes up more space as its capacity becomes larger, making it difficult to meet the requirements of large memories and compact size. if DRAM is adopted as the semiconductor inspection equipment, it takes up less space and costs less than SRAM. However, DRAM is also disadvantageous because it requires the memory cell refresh, which is not suitable for the semiconductor examination equipments that require correct timing. Therefore, In this paper, we will proposed an algorithm for punctuality guarantee of memory-free inspection equipment using DDR2 SDRAM. And we will Developed memory controller using punctuality guarantee algorithm. As the results, show that when we adopt the DDR2 SDRAM, we can get the benefits of saving 13.5 times and 5.3 times in cost and space, respectively, compared to the SRAM.

We was designed the portable LED light which can shadowless shooting and developed using a high-power LED that medical attention as a new lighting components for structural confirmation of oral dental area, medical and surgical lesions in the local area. LED which applied to the development, was used the 3-color LEDs for possible of implement a variety of colors and adjusted the light intensity. It is being magnified of delicacy expressiveness and three-dimensional for tone of the subject-specific. It has been developed a highly efficient light module that LED is used to consider the electrical characteristics and optical properties. SMPS has produced for use in mobile that can be driven at low voltage. In addition, it was also possible to implement a variety of colors from monochromatic Light to polychromatic light using by PWM control method and were available 32,768.

In this paper, we propose Modified Multi CAMShift Algorithm(Modified Multi Continuously Adaptive Mean Shift Algorithm) that extracts skin color area and tracks several human body parts for real-time human tracking system. Skin color area is extracted by filtering input image in predefined RGB value range. These areas are initial search windows of hands and face for tracking. Gaussian background model prevents search window expending because it restricts skin color area. Also when occluding between these areas, we give more weights in occlusion area and move mass center of target area in color probability distribution image. As result, the proposed algorithm performs better than the original CAMShift approach in multiple object tracking and even when occluding of objects with similar colors.

This paper proposes the Alert System, the purpose of which is to detect an accident and to take care of it quickly in a working place. In the previous studies, a wireless network system was suggested using ``Star Topology``. However, this study constructs the wireless network system of Peer-to-Peer Topology, which allows to build more efficient network for communication. Also, with this system it is possible to check other the worker`s situation through double sensing with Temperature/Gas sensor and Inclination sensor. In order to take action quickly, the Alert System is using a monitoring program which visualizes a worker`s situation and the area where an accident occurs.

This study is implemented to Hybrid-web based Integrated System which provides information requesting by user under smart phone environment, cloud computing. This system is consisted of web robot of SaaS service which storages and manages the information after collecting bulletin information from distributed servers of campuses in interval and board managing PaaS server that provides server information to user through smart phone UI. We are also implemented NOA(Notification App) that inform new bulletin information using user`s GPS.

This study was function experiment or inspection of diagnosis x-ray unit at the hospital. It`s how many changes tube voltage, tube current, DOSE value through the experiment depending on temperature increasing. The study want to know whether which parameter shown out of range or not how about image quality and so on. Increasing tube current and DOSE were not only too many radiation to the patient and radiation workers and make bad images but also the tube should be damaged by heat. This study was recommended proper exposure at intervals of seconds because passed inspection, reduced radiations for patient and the tube used long term. This results in the hospital`s finances will be very helpful.

This study attempted to analyze between TV and family. While almost research has focused on the TV influencing family, this study has tried to contemplate family type and family communication pattern influencing TV use. Especially, this research focused on adolescent TV use. The result and conclusion are as follow: There are different children`s TV watching styles based on family communication pattern(conversation-orientation and conformity-orientation). The amount of TV watching is high in conformity-orientation family pattern, and the amount of TV watching is low in conversation-orientation family pattern. In addition, conformity-orientation family pattern more prefer entertainment program, while conversation-orientation family pattern prefer informational program

In this paper, we propose the parser structure to realize the encoder which is standardized encoding rules to code and store the medical waveform such as an electrocardiogram or an blood pressure in aviation emergency medical service. To design the encoder based on the MDER, the effect on the scope of each tag should be considered. we design the parser with the root property which is to clarify the effect of scope between tags. the presented parser is implemented and compared with the other structures.

In this paper, I design effective verifying system which possesses both diagramming facility and the consistency and completeness checking capability. The verifying system uses a set of frames to represent internal diagramming information.

In this paper, proposed controller preventing compressor surge and reducing the acceleration time of the fuel flow control system for turbo-jet engine. Turbo-jet engine controller is designed by applying fuzzy PID control algorithm and high-gain observer. Observer is used to estimate to compressor rotation speed of turbo-jet engine. Result of fuzzy inference is used as the fuel flow control inputs for preventing compressor surge and flame-out in turbo-jet engine. The controller is designed to converge to the desired speed quickly and safely. Using MATLAB to perform computer simulations verified the performance of the proposed controller.

As recently Privacy Acts in Korea enforced in domestic companies` personal information management needs of a growing obligation for the safety measures and the right of personal information collection, use, limitations, management, and destroyed specifically for handling personal information. Such this regulations should be required technical and policy supports. Accordingly, for the enterprise incident has occurred, the personal information management system behave correctly operating to verify that the safety measures taken, and be determined by the specific preparation to be done. So the first, preparation phase corresponds to the upcoming digital forensic investigation model. On the other hand, the response team also carried these measures out correctly, it needs to be done to check the compliance of Privacy Act. Thus a digital forensics investigation model is strictly related with the implementation of the Privacy Acts and improve the coping strategies are needed. In this paper, we suggest a digital forensic investigation model corresponding to Privacy Act.

In addition, the various paths of attack from malicious code entering information in the system to work for your company for loss and damage to information assets is increasing. In this environment, the need to preserve the organization and users of information assets to perform ongoing inspections risk management processes within the organization should be established. Processes and managerial, technical, and physical systems by establishing an information security management system should be based. Also, we should be introduced information security product for protecting internal assets from the threat of malicious code incoming to inside except system and process establishment. Therefore we proposed enterprise and government information security enhancement scheme through the introduction of information security management system and information security product in this paper.

There are TOA, TDOA and AOA method to estimate the position of the electromagnetic wave transmitter by using the multiple receivers at the fixed position. Among these methods, AOA method is suitable for the jammer localization system. Because TOA method can be adopted for the clocks of the transmitter and the receiver are synchronized each other, and TDOA method can be only adopted for a broad-band jamming signal. This paper, therefore, analyzes the characteristics of the AOA measurements and the sensitivity of the positioning performance according to the system design parameters. Based on the analyzed results, the jammer localization system to meet the desired performance is designed, and it has been checked that the positioning error for the jammer located at a distance of 10km is lower than 38m through the simulation results.
